Since upgrading to the most recent version of Method, the mobile screens are not working correctly. We can see a list of customers, but when we click on a customer, there is not data displayed . . . only lines. It is the same for all of the mobile tabs as well . . . lists, but no details.

Add the PaymentMethod table to the list of tables. Let me know if this works.

Good to hear! One improvement that would be wonderful in future releases is to be able to save advanced searches. For example, one of our reps could save a search for all gold customers in chicago instead of needing to enter this information everytime.

pdirect- If you haven't yet uninstalled the old CRM screens as a temp solution add the Customer List screen to the Customer tab.

We need to get date like MM-DD-YYYY format not like MM-DD-YYYY 12.00 AM. Please advice us.

We REALLY need this functionality and may have to switch to the old setup to get it! It is how our reps would create lists of customers they needed to visit in a particular city. It's also how we searched by various other fields to find certain customers or groups of customers. For example, we classify our customers as Gold, ...
