I deleted all such entries I could find within the 400+ conflicts shown. I now have 144 records, when there should be 50.

Go for it. Case # 97 and 99. I just created #99 and added a activity of a work order and the message is still poping up
I am using XP with IE 8. XP has all the updates. Not sure about IE

Ok it works. Turns out the status of the work order has a defult of completed. Will have to change that.

TogsTeam- Deleting these conflicts associated with SalesRep should get rid of the duplicates and allow your sync engine to continue its process.
