Hi John,
You should still be able to do that. When you are editing a case in the Case Dialog & New / Edit Activity tab section you should be able to choose Work Order for the Activity Type.

Greetings,
CRM Pro> Case List> Choose a case. After i choose a case, it takes me to the edit case page. The page loads up with no data, a message from windoes pops up say, Do you want to continue working with a unsecured page? It askes me yes or no. If i choose yes or no everything works.

TogsTeam- What is displaying in Resolve Conflicts for table SalesRep? QuickBooks shouldn't allow duplicates for SalesRep intial so there should be conflicts about duplicates.

Hey Michael,
From the old CRM, I was making up cases for everything from customer questions to internal issues. When i created a activity for a case, i would choose Work Order. A work order woud then appear in Field Services. Thats what im looking for unless there is a new way of creating work orders.

Hi John,
A 'Work Order' is essentially just an activity with the type Work Order. How were you previously creating a Work Order from a case?

I I use to be able to make work order from a case but it dosent seem to be working unless there is a new way of preforming this.

After updating to the latest version of Method, we have a problem with email addresses not auto-populating in the activity window when we check the "send an email" checkbox. Here is how to duplicate the issue.
