• Re: Bug? - Grid Columns

Hi Matt. In the end, I was still curious why the "Enter Value Into Field on Screen" using Grid:Column1 to place into "myField" doesn't work. Why search an entire table to find a match when I have what i want is sitting in the grid ready to be transferred? Is this action not suppose to be able to transfer data from a ...

Upon the click, the actions under the "Slect" event should be ran. I put a "Show Message" action under EVERY event type. Under no situation does ...

  • Re: Estimate Creator

My bad. Ryan is right, i removed the parts i did in step one and the "IsActive" still shows up in the advanced dropdown. I must have overlooked the field in the list. On the bright side this cuts the work in half hehe =). Thx for pointing this out ~Joe

Step 2: Filtering Grid-Embedded Dropdown Return to the screen editor for the EstimateLine and click [edit] on ur grid again. This was the right place to be, but now we will have access to what we need. On step 2 of the grid editor (Grid Columns), select "Advanced" next to the field "Item" (this is your dropdown of ...

  • Re: Estimate Creator

Alright. It doesn't look like method gave the EstimateLine table (that our grid is based off of) any connection to the Item list other than the list of names. So that makes it a little trickier, since we have to physically create that relationship. Note: This is the route that i took to try to hide the inactive items from the dropdown in the ...
