Hi there
I'm not sure if this is a support request or a wishlist request.
As the owner of the business I have uploaded all of my contacts from Outlook to Method using the Outlook plug in 2. Everyone has access to contact details.
But I'm now getting the request, how do I download from Method to my copy of Outlook. Is there a way to ...

Hi there
Sorry, no this isn't sorted. I added this into Method - and it looks fine.
1. I create a PO. select the appropriate sales tax (VAT) rate. Save the PO.
2. When I go to print preview the tax has not gone through.
3. When I tick save for print and print from quick books - the sales tax defaults to the first setting.
Any ...

Hi Paul
That sounds excellent. The api route sounds ideal - I'd be interested (if others are) of part-funding some sort of auto timed/back-up that downloads fields (perhaps on a tab by tab) basis just to be on the safe side.

Further information on this - the crash appears to be triggered whan I open particular Outlook contacts.
A key contact that is causing the crash every time I open the file has a parfticularly long "display name" for her email field

But otherwise is unexceptional?

In Quickbooks - the VAT is added as a field as you create the PO
You select the supplier (Vendor) - and this pre-fils with the date, PO Number etc - then you complete an information line:
Item - Description - Qty - Rate - Customer (job) - VAT (Sales Tax - drop down menu with rate options) - Class - Amount
Does that ...

Hi there
Two more question for you.
1. Purchase Order VAT (Sales Tax)
We use Quickbooks Purchase Orders extensively - and I've just tried to create one from Method and there appears to be no way to add UK VAT (sales tax) onto the Purchase Order. This is added automatically in estimates and invoices. What do I need to do here.
2. ...
