Ryan,   Thank you, those few instructions got me there! We had 7 of us in a Method Study Group last Monday and all of could not figure it out! Thank you for your reply today, I should have turned to the forum alot sooner!

Ryan, I can see the list with the values, but simply cannot add a new drop-down value. Is there a way you can view my database for this?

I am sure this is covered in a recorded webinar. I have a custom drop-down field named QuickBooks Version and I use it on the Customer Screen, Additional Info tab.  The new update de-selected the correct Method Integration toolbar in Outlook 2007. I have two toolbars and once I noticed that I defaulted the correct one to be selected and now can sync Method with Outlook appointments.

 I just installed 2.1.26 after seeing the notice it was avaialble. After installing I lost the ability to integrate the calendar Method and Outlook.  A little more detail might help. We have a generic email that all leads come in through email. I personally manage that and then assign the lead to the appropriate person. I would like the tool to recognize who the lead is assigned to and when each person integrates with Outlook it would recognize this. Currently I am assigning a unique ...

I have another request, or question. Two of us are entering into Method, oportunities and activities are assigned to the appropriate individual. When we sync with Outlook we would like it to recognize whose activity it is and only sync that activity with the appropriate Outlook Calendar. Can this currently be done?

Wow, this is terrific. We have waited patiently for this capability! I was a bit nervous, my Oulook is my "life" and always afraid to sync other programs with it. I successfuly installed the latest version (after uninstalling and then reinstalling). By default the install used IE even though I use Mozilla for everything else. No appointments syncronized, I am sure because they are all old (I am terribly behind on calls). Can't wait to change the settings to further in the past and see what ...
