Great suggestion. Save is working now.
We do have custom screens and republishing fixed the problem. Do you have any thoughts on what may be causing this? I am the only person who can publish a screen. I would prefer to avoid the problem in the future in case I am not available to fix it right away.

We have had numerous errors with Advanced search. The situation would always end with inviting us to login to a temporary screen with a date (November version, December version) that was soon to expire. Now we are not offered to login to a tempoarary screen, we just see this error message:

I think there is a bug or I am doing something wrong. I am trying to change the default setting for my customer list. Our sales team would like this to default to ALL CUSTOMERS vs. ACTIVE CUSTOMERS.
