I did not get error message , the whole table has been updated including the value i entered.

I try to update multiple record about one field by using update field in table function, i saw the criteria can only perform in two way, one is "=", the other is "<>. When i using "<>" it actually same as no criteria, it update all record regarding to that field even i put a condition there, it does not work.

is there anyway to retrive multiple transaction from 1 grid like multiple invoice number to a single field. I tried by using grid loop , but it only give me the 1 invoice number as result.

Hi Michael, I did another test, it still not working. then i try to assign the current time and using date add then enter value into a textbox for test. i found the format shows like "3/22/2011 10:16:00 AM" is that possible because expire option does not recognized the format.

Hi Michael, I tested the expiry date option. I setted it 2 days, but after 2 days when I click the link, the link still can link to contact portal. is there anyway to make the link compeletely expired like "wrong url or link is not valid"? Ian

Hi Michael, Sounds good to me. Character function does not work in my case, since I do not know how many other symbol it might occured. Pound is not the only possbility. Ian

Hi Michael, Thanks for reply, I got it. Basically it will depends on the computer regional setting, but the issue now is we have customer in some other country, so they will see different symbols, is there anyway to just disable the symbols and just show the numbers or do I need to create exactly same field with customization? Ian
