Yes, it seems that the Invoice-Short Description may have been a custom field, added thru Quick Books. For now, we will not move forward with customizing the functionality to that level. But I would like to use that field in my invoices as is. I dragged it in, but it's not working properly.

That worked great, and yes it was very easy.
Now I have another question. How can I manage how many decimal points it goes out, and add a dollar sign? I'm probably missing the obvious...sorry.

I am trying to find the field that will bring a total account balance into my invoice. For example, right now we use this in QB.
Rather than send out individual statements, our QB invoice bottom shows:
Invoice Total
Payments/Credits
Customer Total Balance

I just noticed that quick books has a Lead Center. But, Method doesn't automatically use it or synch to it.
Is this is feature that can be turned on or off? Or is it not something that works with Method.

I've been emailing my estimates from Method. Is there a way to look at a "sent" folder, so to speak -- to see which emails have been sent from Method?

I uploaded my Logo to our Portal in the set up process and it is humongous. Is there a way to edit this within Method? Or do I need to edit outside of Method then re-upload.

We've begun using the doc managment feature in Method. Unless I'm missing something obvious, it seems as though I can only upload documents from my PC or link documents. Is there a way to scan a document directly into Method, without having to scan it to my pc first?

Hi, Maybe I'm missing the obvious. I'm trying to create some personalized email templates to use when we email customers their estimates. It's simple enough to create a new template, but when I use it the recipient gets my email notification but no estimate is attached. Any thoughts?
