I wish I could hide the tab. I believe the support user is already enabled.

And integrated document management would have been much better than a separate documents tab. There are already too many tabs.

Without research, I was never notified what the documents tab was, how it worked, what the storage limits were, etc.
And I already did what you recommended, but nothing shows up to remove. It only allows additions. If I could send a screenshot, I would.

I'm trying to remove the "Documents" tab from the CRM tab group (as it appears this tab requires a 3rd party service).
But when I go to edit the CRM tab group there doesn't appear to be anyway to remove the Documents tab. It looks like I can only add tabs. Can you please advise?

I just tested EJ again with an office 365 account and it failed again. This is getting a bit tedious. The reason we moved to something like Method is to eliminate server administration. Thanks, and yes all of our emails are "verified". You mean the Method server is blacklisted? Because our email addresses wouldn't be blacklisted.
Also, this happens with MS Office 365 as well . . . so it's not just AT&T.

We apologize for the inconvenience."
Also, this happens with Office 365 SMTP as well, so it's not just an AT&T problem. And besides this was all working fine and then ...

That link you sent didn't work, but I was able to find another page on their site that says the smtp server address should be smtp.att.yahoo.com with port 465 . . . but that still fails to send correctly from the Method application but works with other applications.

The Method application displays the following error when trying to send a test email on 465 with AT&T.
The operation has timed out.
