How do I modify my existing customized PO screen from the old version so that I can avoid this error and get the ship to address fields to auto-populate when I select from the drop down? Thanks Michael. Just an update, the temporary solution I mentioned (just clicking close) actually doesn't work in auto-populating the fields below for the ship to. It only allows you to fill in the drop down. I'll be on the lookout for the resolution on this thread. Thanks.

Ran into the error below when selecting from the "Ship to" drop down. The drop down is from the pre-loaded Method Purchase Order screen, so I think others might have run into the problem already, but couldn't find a thread on the topic. Please advise. Gotcha. Is that a function that's being considered? Looks like the Edit Fields page was created to possibly accomodate that.

That's what I needed. It is a customized field that I created as an integer. If I want to change it to decimal now, do I go to Tables/Fields> Edit Fields for the Invoice table (which is where the field is located). Am I supposed to be able to edit this field from there? I can see the list of fields including the custom ones we created, but ...
