Hi Michael,
This is a customized screen that we paid for very recently. I am not going to switch to the standard screen especially if we paid for a customizaiton. Yes, this is occuring whenever I open any series. The message that I posted earlier is exactly what the error message states.

The following message pops up when I click "Edit Series..." from the work order list screen:
The basis this service was created from is not available on this page.
Have the administrator edit this page and edit the Reoccuring-Object to allow for the basis.
Appointments already created will not be affected unless Insert Recurring ...

An error message is popping up when our foremen open jobs in the mobile work order list screen that states "undefined". Also, the start/end dates are blank causing another error message when the user tries to clock in/out of a job.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
