• Re: Vendor Portal Tab

Yep, grid itself doesn't show up. As far as filters on Step 3 of 9 in the Grid Wizard: Field:Vendor = [vendorname] (actual Type In the vendors name); and then some OpportunityStage filters. All roles can view. Nothing in the Advanced Screen settings. The only thing I can think of is that a few of the grid fields (Advanced ...

  • Vendor Portal Tab

I created a special tab for one of my vendors and set them up with a portal to see just that one tab. That tab contains a simple grid. When I log in to the portal I can see the grid beautifully. However, the tab is blank within my Method site. The grid won't load/show. Thoughts?

I saw that on two invoices I created this morning. Looks like it works great. Thanks Michael. ~Shawn

  • Re: Tax Calculation Error

I have discoverd a field on the Edit>QBO_ItemService screen (I copied it to edit) that is a dropdown with a label "Tax Code". However it doesn't show up on the actual data entry/edit screen. I cannot see anywhere that the field is hidden at either the object level or the page load level. It is referencing the ...

  • Re: Tax Calculation Error

Thanks Michael. I am indeed having the issue above where Method appears to be disregarding the tax code setting of the customer when creating an invoice. I think QBO looks at customer first and if "Non" taxable, ignores the settings for the item. If however, the customer is "Tax", then it looks at the Item ...

Hmmm. In Method, I don't see the SalesTaxCode field in any of the three Item tables.

I wanted to be added to this post notification as well. I don't know that I'm having an issue, but I am attemptiing to find the correct Table and Field that determines if the item is taxable that will sync to the isTaxable field in the QBO Products list.

  • Re: Sales Tax Code

Worked like a charm. Ran the script and updated perfectly in Method. Waited a few minutes and ran a report in QBO and it appears they are all where they should be. Thank you a bunch.

  • Re: Merge Companies?

Yes on QBO. However I have them set up as individual customers in QBO which then synced over to Method that way. So Method did what it was told. But, I set them up differently in SalesForce (which also supported multiple contacts per Account). In SF, I set them up as one Account and Multiple Contacts. That's the ...

  • Merge Companies?

I am attempting to move from Salesforce. In SF, I had opportunities tied to Accounts (method Company). However in QBO, I have occassion to invoice different contacts within a Company. So, when the sync took place to Method, they came over as a seperate company for each contact. Is there any way to Merge the companies and ...
