  • "Balance" field default

    Right now we cannot see &quot;Balance&quot; as a default in the search fields of each of our screens.     Ah! I was unaware that I needed to add a gateway for each card type. My intuition told me that one gateway for all of our customers would be the way. Anyways, it looks like I fixed it. I will chime in again if something breaks.&nbsp; Thanks, Aaron

    Intuit support is saying that there are no known issues with their portals and that they only provide the portal.&nbsp;Also, the problem I am seeing is on the Method part of the portal, not the intuit website.     I am not quite sure about the error message but I know that it wouldn&#39;t allow certain customers to pay. One customer was using AMEX and it said it couldn&#39;t processes their card. As I logged in to check it I noticed that the the drop down to select a card type just says &quot;credit card&quot; it doesn&#39;t have any other selections ...

    We are having trouble with the payment portal. When customers login using their email addresses they cannot select the payment type (i.e. - Visa, Mastercard, etc).
