Hi Ben, I'm at a loss really, i think its the mobile tab group - i.e. when signing in using the mobile sign in, thats when I get the error message and i can't for the life of trace where it's originationg from. i've tried what you mention but to no avail.

I can't get the mobile portal to work properly. I've taken it back to the original screens and tabs but I'm getting a 'referenceError: Can't find variable: WebForm_initCallbackAddField' message on every page. any suggestions please?

Hi, I'm having a problem with detail from the description box and items not being transferred into a work order which though previously is part of a series, on editing is no longer (becomes a work order outside of the series). I'm losing fairly crucial operational data when this happens - how do I avoid the loss?

Hi I'm looking for a way to set up a series of work orders in the calendar but for the system to recognise that holidays I've entered (or other bookings for that matter) are not over-booked  - I know this is possible in the Desktop version, and there has to be a way of arranging the Online version to do a similar thing? Help! I seem to be having a glitch with the programmed work orders not showing in the FeildService Calendar after I've edited the usernames.  the 'user' has changed in the entries on the 'edit series' forms but isn't populating the calendar.

I am currentl;y only able to select Entity (not EntityRef) in the Activity table, and my entered linked field is not showing up in the Layout Designer, also is there an easy way to refresh the Layout Designer or should it refresh itself in real time automatically? currently closing the file and reopening to check.

Hi  I'm trying to get my contacts(client) phone number to appear on the routelist report by inserting it in the Report Designer but I am unable to find the Phone number field that corresponds to the contact details held.  I can't seem to get a value to show up when I use ContactPhoneNumber or ContactPhone fields... other fields ...

Also, How do I go about adding a self populatuting address field box in the Add/editwork order screen so that when I enter an already existing client, the address pops up - I've had some problems with duplicate client names getting confused and this would stop that happening.

Hi I'd like to set my calendar so that when I load it up, it automatically loads a pre-sel;ected filter group of resources (team members) currently it defaults to only one resource - me, as I'm signing in. how do I set this up.  I was able t do this last year but since an update early in this year, seem unable to do so now.
