Started working again so all is well.

Problem this morning copying a screen from one account to another.  The last few days I have been trying to fix some issues in my account and at method tech support suggestion I created a trial account to do so.  In the process I moved some of my custom screens to trial account to sandbox them while i worked on my original ...

I had the same problem over the last few days.  Rerplacing screens etc suddenly started breaking my pop up links and even some tab links.  I was able t fix most of it manually but wondering why this started happening as never had a problem with it before.

Never mind figured out.  We have just started using system for real.  So still learning.  Did not realize on long list of items there was next at bottom to see rest of list.  Consider this solved.

Is there a setting or reason my full inventory list would not be coming over to method from Quickbooks?  I have done full sync etc but only some of my items that are in QB show up in method?

I am getting ready to import data into Method but don't see field for Customer Name so I am assuming FullNAme populates Customer Name in Method and is the field Customer Name in QB.  Is my assumption correct?

That worked perfect.  My problem was I kept trying to go into edit instead of view to make the changes.  Really appreciate the quick response.  So far as a customer of method I have been impressed by how fast you guys respond.
