A grid is not a bad idea. What I am wanting though is the grid to be located in the Edit Customer screen and not the Leads screen. Is it possible for a dropdown to be treated as a field so another dropdown can pull from it? Let's say that I have a customer that does work with my product that a lead then purchases from the customer. Is there a way to link the lead to the customer so that I can go to the customer directly from the edit lead screen?

By setting up a new user that cannot sign in, am I paying for a new user still? Also, I am doing a dummy one to test it out now, when it asks if the login is Active do I say it is even though the user will not be able to sign in?

Yes we would be sending the information to our fabricator so once they have finalized the product they can be in contact with the customer.

Is it possible for me to be able to create, or if there already is, an action or button to pull the lead information into an email or even better make an email template that I can then send to share that information? Almost like outlook does with sharing the contact info in a business card format or something with similar information?

I am currently working on ways to "customize" method without changing it too much. Is there a defined line or at least grey area, where after so much changing or customizing, help and/or updates for the CRM become incompatible?

Is there a way to classify customers and then to link them with leads without having to completely customize the screens?
