After the process was complete I retruned to the list builder tab yesterday afternoon and again this morning, and clicked List Builder, when opened the only tab offered on the screen is step 2. This is an upadate to my earlier post. We have just processed the entire FL list. I ran prefectly. However, now we want to start again and the list builder starts at step 2 with the empty grid from before. I have closed out of Method and re-started and it''s the same result. How do we get a new list builder?
Thanks

Your welcome Ben, you guys earned it. Here's where I'm stuck. I want to start over but can't get back to step one. I have myself entered as a lead so I'm on the list of FL leads. I thought if I just checked my record then selected process it would finish this process and I could start over. However all that did was take my name ...

Step two: Export the leads contact table with the fields you showed.
Step three: Then sort the records so we can add the appropriate tag, correct. ...

We have successfully imported and loaded all our US leads for a dealer campaign we are launching. We've decided to work our leads state by state. We want to filter our US lead list by state but we can't find a way to accomplish this without building completely seperate campaigns for each state. Studied the webinars, read the help center ...

Thanks Jason for your prompt response. I'm surprised this isn't a standard feature. Maybe most of your users don't have to scroll through long lead & customer lists. Hopefully your feature request will meet with a positive response.
Thanks again
