What happens with Method is down? Do the web entries go missing? Does the person entering the form get an error message? Is the information stored some place temporarily?

When a person fills out the webform, is the data they put into it emailed to Method, or is it entered directly into Method?
I ask because if our email server goes wonky, I don't want to lose that data.
Also - any suggestions on how to add a spam filter or honeypot to the form?

Where do I find a list of Method Screens and functions that work (and dont work) with QuickBooks Online?
IE: What part of the Inventory work? Can I adjust quantity on hand? Etc.
I see lots of posts about various functions, but I often find those only work with desktop and not QBO. It would be great it there was some way to tell ...

You nailed it, Inder! I was selecting "Schedule a follow up" instead of "Schedule a follow up ?" as the field when selecting the value.

I followed your steps exactly... but I'm still not getting the Schedule Follow up to automatically appear.
I'm wondering if the Action "Call OnScreenLoadButton" has anything to do with this?

Hey all...
I'm trying to get "Schedule a follow up" to show automatically in the "Edit Cases" screen. I have found that it is not as easy as just having the little box default to checked. Although in creating a New Case, this does work.
There is no apparant option under Advance Screen Options for loading ...

And no, we have not done any customizations on Invoices or Receive Payments.

We are having problems with prociessing Credit Cards through the Receive Payment screen. This just started happening a few minutes ago. We are getting error messages:
