Method Community

Why would the "Mobile" field for customers from quickbooks be missing in my "Customers" table in Method AND when I try to add it, I get a message saying that it appears it is already in the table.  It is not in the list of fields I see in the table.  Thoughts?

Hi Ben, Thank you for your help!  I can get that to work if I use the exact match of all words in the field.  However if I want the condition based on the inclusion of just 1 word from a phrase in the field, how do I do that?  I did use just the single quotes and I have tried changing "Like" to "In", but ...

I am familiar with report designer and can make conditional formatting work when it is numbers that I am dealing with, however I can not figure out what formula to use when for instance I want the text to be Red if it includes the word "Ready".  Can Anyone help me with this?

I have a report that duplicates each line of information by the number of results.  If I have three results I get all three results duplicated three times. Is there somewhere I can customize the "Export Grid to PDF" action so that the PDF is Landscape and Fit Columns to one page?  I have looked through Report Designer but can not find where the default report for this action is. Thanks Maureen
