Typically when this happens it is because the invoice line item is linked to a sales order that has been closed. This would happen either if the sales order has been invoiced already or if it was closed manually. I think it would be possible but unfortunately I don't know how to go about it. The forms can be customized to look how you want but I'm not sure how you would grab the page info. Please bear in mind that we won't be able to support customized web forms.

If you can filter the grid to only show the work orders you want to invoice then you can use the 'Invoice all...' link under the 'More actions...' button. This should run across all pages of a filtered grid. Would this work for you?
