Hello, We are trying to implement a Web to Lead form, but when we do our testing, the Lead is being inserted as a Customer, which is not what we want. How do we get the Lead inserted only as a Lead so they do not get put into QBO until we actually assign them as a customer? Thanks, Chris

When anyone creates a new activity for one of my staff members, it also sends an unrelated email from one of our email templates. I can't figure out where or why this is happening.
