    I think i found the issue, we had this screen customized and there was no default Sales Tax item setup so there are alot of invoices that do not have a sales tax item selected.  I am working on a button to assign the sales tax item to all the invoices without one.  Thanks for your reply

    Hi Alex, There is no way you would be able to trigger a set of actions automatically the way you're describing. You could, however, create a button that does this. Your users would have to push it to manually update the inventory, but as long as you instruct them to do so it shouldn't be much of a problem. Hope this helps. - Justin
