It sounds like someone changed the Default Work Order Template. To check this, go to the Field Service Dashboard screen and click the link that says "Customize Templates" and make sure the correct work order template is selected.

Additionally, when I click Complete Save & Close on the activity, it just closes the Popup screen, it doesn't take me to the Time Tracking screen as it did during the demo on Friday. If I click the Go To button in the activities grid, then it will open the activity as well as the Time ...

Thanks for the update, it sounds like the key here is that QB needs to be open and the sync engine running for Pro Services to perform as expected. Is that an accurate evaluation?

I'm not sure if you did anything with this or not, if you did thank you. If not, then it would appear that having Quickbooks open while creating the invoice solves the problem.

I created a new budget/contract.
I added a Line item with the billing type as hourly.
I went to Time tracking and added a time tracking entry for 1 hour and approved and closed.
I went to Details tab and clicked create invoice.
I created the invoice for the 1 hour.
When the invoice screen appears, the save & Clos ebutton does not close ...
