Is there a problem with setting up for multi-columns on grid dropdown field? I can't seem to add the second column. Its telling me I need to choose a value for the 1st column but I only have blank or "via" options for the first column?

The best way I know of is to drag a grid object onto the screen and open it for edit. The grid's default table is the table that screen is based on.

I copied the screen and took a look at the actions. When naming the action result someone used a period. opportunity.*****
I removed the period on my practice screen and it works fine.

From the Opportunity List Screen when I click on the next activity it takes me to a new activity instead of the next activity.

If a field is set to read only, is it possible to have a field render as HTML? This would allow a field that uses the HTML editor for input to render a pretty picture in read only mode instead of the plain text including the HTML tags. Those are the screens I'm thinking about. The automated ideas sound good but it would be great if the copy actions were also added to an ellipsis button click on the "Job of Customer" dropdown that way you can easily copy over changes to the parent customer.

Would love to have a way to create a Job/Project that pre-populates with parent customer's info the same as QuickBooks.
Maybe this could be done with a "save as job of" Button or a "Copy Info from Parent Customer" Link.
