HarryWho- What kind of actions are in the button you created to export the grid? Is it just the Export Grid to Excel action? What if you try using the Export Grid to PDF action, does the same thing happen? Also to confirm did you create the portal screen based off QuickBooks_TimeTracking? -Michael

Jamie- Can you enable MethodSupport under Customize > Users by checking Active for MethodSupport and email me your Method account name along with one customer who is having this issue so I can take a look? -Michael

JmeShu- Can you give me the steps you are taking to view the document? Are any of the screen customized? If you sign out and sign back in can you then see that customers document? -Michael

CF_Pro- Since in most cases Leads will become QB Customers, when you import a lead you have to ensure that you don't have a customer by that name already in Method. The error message is a bit misleading since if it is a lead it won't be sent to QB until it gets flipped to a customer. -Michael

emiller- I was able to duplicate this. IsLeadStatusOnly is a special field that gets disabled once a customer is synced to QB. I will have to look into this further. How many customers/leads did you import? If it wasn't that many it may just be easier to manually delete from in Method and re-import them with IsLeadStatusOnly set to ...

Wylie- The only way around this would be to store the CC info in Method custom fields outside the standard QuickBooks fields, however I do want to point out that this data would not sync to QB, and for security reasons you would want to use Method actions to Encrypt the CC info before saving and then decrypt it as needed. -Michael
