Unfortunately there is no way to add more lines to the Body object. Users will need to go into Full Screen if they want full area on screen:

Are you possibily using Firefox? I did receive a report recently of Firefox not properly loading the Grid.
If so I suggested they Reset Firefox following:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

A possibility, that I haven't tested on my end, you can try to add a button on the Work Order Screen and use the 'Call Another Action Set' action to call the Email Action Set from the Work Order List screen.
Give that a shot and follow up.

It shouldn't be an issue, but it depends on the control flow.
For example, before Field 5 can be calculated Fields 1-4 cannot be empty and must have integers. Make sure Field 5 gets calculated at the end after all the other fields are finished being calculated.
