Allison, The second post says you can't populate the customer email address and phone number.  Is it the Sales rep or Customer email and phone you want to populate?  If its the sales rep, they were added as linked fields, correct?  Is the email field a custom Method field? - Adam

Just a couple of quick ones. When displaying date fields on a template is there anyway of removing the time element? How are multiple line items, on an estimate for example, displayed within a template?

Greetings QBO>Sheduling and invoicing> add/edit work order> recurring> projects> resourse dropdown list.   So far i am the only person to be able to logg in. When i did try to look at this drop down list i get the following message: Error generating dropdown, an email has been sent to the administrator. John Mora

The Google app continues to give me a fail when I attempt to save an e-mail.   This is the message I get when I attempt to create a new activity.  The app recognizes the contact/lead but then won't save the email as a new Activity.  

Hi Matt, Please enable the MethodSupport user on your account then email me your Company Account name and contact information. To enable MethodSupport go to Customize > Users > scroll down to the bottom of the screen and ensure there's a checkmark in the Active box for the MethodSupport user. - Ashur
