The width can vary but the ideal maximum height is 48 pixels.

I'm wondering what is the optimal size for my company logo to upload without looking terrible? The logo I have uploaded looks like awful inside of method and I would change the sizing and what not but what size or dpi should it be formatted to? Thank you for any help.

That's good to hear, we proactively tried to update all accounts but if the default name had changed we had no way of knowing if it was a closed status or not.

Go to Cases > New Case and click ... next to the Status drop down. Here you will see a Closed Case? check box, check this for the Case Statuses that are a Closed status.

Since upgrading our method system to CRM Pro 2.0 system, we now have issues with cases. Specifically when you try and apply one of the filters (active, closed, etc) it still shows ALL cases. It is hard to view the open cases as they cannot be filtered in any way.
