Our average sales rep doesn't have access to a QB role. We instead had to add a products tab to the CRM role. But something like this should be standard to the CRM role if you consider other CRM applications.

pdirect- You should have a QuickBooks role and under that role there is a Lists tab which contains the item list.

In the new upgrade of CRM, I can't find products anywhere. Often our reps would look up products to see if they were in stock before ordering for a customer. Again, products and inventory should be a staple of any CRM system.

Can you enable the MethodSupport user by going to Customize > Users and email me your account name and I will login and take a look.

I'm having a problem with the new CRM. When trying to switch from the Full Blown to CRM QB Pro version, the second step is customizing the app. When I try to click on tab goups, I get the following error message:
