Michael   I am still having issues with mobile screens it is leaving the cost of item blank in the grid and leaving the description blank.  When completing the work order it is leaving the invoice status blank as well which is a new issue.  I assume there has been a platform update later last week?

Hi Ramesh, One option could be to add a grid to the screen with checkboxes and use the values(ItemSize) from the grid that are checked. -Michael

 Hi Michael, Thanks for immediate response. We have a field name like "ItemSize" which is a dropdown list where we need to select multiple records in one select. Can you please suggest an alternate solution? Thanks in Advance. -Ramesh

Michael, We currently have twenty crews not able to clock in and out from the mobile device. Since they are unable to clock in and out we are entering the time manually. Have you been able to find out why the error is occuring?

Hi Steven, Are you using a standard screen or a customized screen? If you are using a customized screen can you test your standard screen. Does this happen for all work orders or only some work orders? Can you post or email me a screenshot of what your recurring dates tab looks like. -Michael
