I'm not seeing this.  All I see is my original opportunity stage names.

Yes, I renamed them.

Also to add another note we tried to be proactive about this and if the orginal stage names were not changed they should have been updated with the proper Opportunity Stage Category. Did you rename the stages? -Michael

I'm still foggy on this one, so I'm not sure that it helps everyone.  Me and another user stared at it for a while and couldn't figure it out. Although we can see some fields are different we couldn't figure out when to use an appointment, when to use a task and when to use an activity . . . they all sound so similar.  ...

Michael, Thanks for the clarification... I'm not sure what happened the first time, but it would only let me log into one of my portals.  Looks like we will move to using a custom user table versus the Entity table to keep the logins under lock and key. Best, Kevin

pdirect- When creating or editing an opportunity click on ... for Stage. You will see a new drop down for Opportunity Stage Category, here you can set what Stages are 'Closed' stages.
