pdirect- You should have a QuickBooks role and under that role there is a Lists tab which contains the item list. -Michael

In the new upgrade of CRM, I can't find products anywhere. Often our reps would look up products to see if they were in stock before ordering for a customer.  Again, products and inventory should be a staple of any CRM system.
