After upgrading to the most recent version of Method, the opportunities list is showing won and lost opportunities even when a user selects "My Opportunities in Pipeline". In the previous version, Method would only show opportunities that were not set to a stage with the word "closed" in it.  Now it is including ...

After upgrading Method, the activities tab now has 3 tab links that seem to be the same thing.  Can you please clarify what the difference is between a "New Activity", "New Appointment" and "New Task"?

On the new lead screen it uses the language "Customer is Active".  This is confusing to users as it should read "Lead is Active".
