Since this thread was started all those years ago, we have since moved our Hosting Provider over to the much larger Amazon Web Services (AWS). One of the major benefits of moving our hosting to this hugely scalable service, was that our Security and Data redundancy have been kicked into overdrive.

Is there still no back up for the method only data? I understand I could do very labor intensive exporting of every table, but I am looking for a more automated idea if there is one. Even if the back up data was only available to access with a paid subscription, it would be comforting to know that I have all the information safely away ...

Hi Albanese,
We were having some issues on our end with users not being able to connect their sync engine to our servers. As of right now, this should be resolved.
