This should be done in button that sends out the emails not in the list builder grid.

Hi John,
Maybe it has to do with the content of the emails. Method doesn't actually send the emails out directly, it communicates with your email server and your email server sends out the emails.

I am trying to pull only the body of a default email. I created a new default email.
I am looking for my default email in the Method Preferences and i am not finding the default email i created.

I just wanted to confirm your steps when sending out the e-mail through an activity because I didn't receive the e-mail through the activity as if I was the Customer/Lead in Method that you created the activity for.

also i've looked in the area that sends emails under estimates, and i've gone to add new etc. and i see the tab for default pdf templates but nothing that shows how to actually edit that email template and include an attachment can you be more specific please? :)

Hey DavidD,
Your contacts just need to have unique email addresses in Method, they're not required to be in QuickBooks since Method supports multiple contacts per customer. They can manually register by accessing your portal. Hope this helps!

I am going to test this out further, can you also create a dummy customer with a case and use m.melo@methodintegration.com as the email address and send me the case email so I can test it out.

Sorry about that, Action 81 might be listed in the Schedule a Follow-Up object (81 referring to the 81st action in sequence). Or if it's calling another Action Set it maybe listed elsewhere.
