I created an email template and inserted a jpeg picture file. During test emails the picture does not show up. Any suggestions? Kelly Ricker Innovative Irrigation & Outdoor Lighting 770-632-6477

Neil, One approach to consider... Save the document as a jpeg, then create a new report in Method and insert the jpeg as the only item on the report. Then you can generate the report and include it as an email attachment just like you are used to doing with the generate report action.

We have created a distribution list for portal support and followed your instructions.  That worked out great.  Thank you.

Fred- This should be done in button that sends out the emails not in the list builder grid. -Michael

Hi John, Maybe it has to do with the content of the emails. Method doesn't actually send the emails out directly, it communicates with your email server and your email server sends out the emails. -Michael
