I have had another user report this issue as well and am in the
process of trying to duplicate it.
In situations where a custom screen is causing an issue we suggest
testing out the original screen just to rule out any potential issue with
customization, this can normally be done by simply going to Customize > Screens and ...

I am still having issues with mobile screens it is leaving the cost of item blank in the grid and leaving the description blank. When completing the work order it is leaving the invoice status blank as well which is a new issue. I assume there has been a platform update later last week?

One option could be to add a grid to the screen with checkboxes and use the values(ItemSize) from the grid that are checked.

We have a field name like "ItemSize" which is a dropdown list where we need to select multiple records in one select. Can you please suggest an alternate solution?

Not sure how or why, but now both budget lines that contain billable time show up for billing. I am wondering if it was a QB file not being open issue.

We currently have twenty crews not able to clock in and out from the mobile device. Since they are unable to clock in and out we are entering the time manually. Have you been able to find out why the error is occuring?

Hi Michael,
This is a customized screen that we paid for very recently. I am not going to switch to the standard screen especially if we paid for a customizaiton. Yes, this is occuring whenever I open any series. The message that I posted earlier is exactly what the error message states.
