Is there a screen in Method to set the default templates used for sales orders, invoices and estimates? In other words, how do we set the value in the table.field "PreferencesMethod.DefaultTemplateInvoice" and similar fields for other doc types?

Hi Michael,
Emails were sent from stock Activity screen. The problem is not the From name, it's the To name. I believe the value is being set correctly in Method because the email actually gets sent. But in the Gmail application, the To name displayed is only the yourname part of yourname@domain.com email address, not the ...

What screen are you sending emails from in Method? What you probably need to do is set a value for Email From Name: on the Send Email action that is used on that screen.

Hi Birch,
One idea is to create a hidden field on the screen and upon clicking a button build a list of RecordIDs from the selected invoices and place it in that hidden field. On the second grid have it filter by value from screen and filter it by the contents of the hidden field.

Hi Jessica,
Go to Customize > Screens and at the very buttom of the list of screens you should see a Copy / Import Screen button, this button will allow you to make copies of customized screens.

You can use the Method Import / Export Tool to import your leads into your customer list in Method. You can view a webinar HERE that might help. When importing your leads make sure that the field for IsLeadStatusOnly is True.
