Hi Steven, Are you using a standard screen or a customized screen? If you are using a customized screen can you test your standard screen. Does this happen for all work orders or only some work orders? Can you post or email me a screenshot of what your recurring dates tab looks like. -Michael

Hi Dan, You can find the complete uninstall steps HERE on page 12. Since you are using Windows 7 the location of qbsubconfig.xml should be C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks. -Michael

Hi Rameshy, Currently it is not possible to select multiple records in a drop down list. What exactly are you trying to do? I may be able to suggest an alternative solution. -Michael

On different printable screens within Method, the item total's aren't adding up correctly. Packing slips, invoices, sales orders-  the total quantity is going crazy.  Orders in the 1-10 range, 100-1000 range, all have a quantity usually around 16,000.  It seems to be different each time...
