I have a question regarding a report that was running based off the value of a drop-down. Previously the report would pull all records if the value of the drop-down was left untouched. Hi Dan,
As is in Method there no way to move entries from the Existing Customer List to a Customer Contact List, you either have to manualy add the entries or you could do some customization and add a means to copy details from a Customer into a customer contact.

HeatherQ- If you edit the Customer List screen you can add the LeadSource drop down to the screen. By default Method doesn't have any reports on lead source. I need to be able to sort by leadsource, get quick reports on dollar amounts according to leadsource, etc. Having it in an easy accessible screen would be helpful.

Its not possible to add a screen within a screen, but you can display infomation from the leadsource table(screen) in the Additonal Info section of the Customer list or have the leadsource screen pop-up by clicking a button. What exactly are you trying to do and why, i may be able to point you in the right direction.

Try performing a Full Sync in Method by opening the Sync Engine
and going to Synchronize >
Full Synchronization. Also
try going Customize > Tables / Fields and click Edit Fields... for the
Sales Order table and then Finished
Editing Fields.
