Hi Mark,
Try performing a Full Sync in Method by opening the Sync Engine
and going to Synchronize >
Full Synchronization. Also
try going Customize > Tables / Fields and click Edit Fields... for the
Sales Order table and then Finished
Editing Fields.

I created a Sales Order in Method and as soon as I entered the company name and hit tab, I got the following error:
I am using Right Networks with Quickbooks 2011 Premier and Method sync engine. What do you think I should do?

Hi Steven,
There are a couple of ways to do it. You could retreive values from the screen for the case and assigned to and use that to create an action result with all the details and attach it as the body. For the To email address based on the assigned to you can pull that users email from the users table.

I had a calendar appointment in Outlook that was synced to Method, but without any Method details. I then added the Method details from Outlook but cannot see any updates made to the corresponding entry in Method. Michele- I just tested it myself to make sure I didn't point you in the wrong direction and it worked for me. After adding the linked field to the BillLineItem's table I just edited the grid for BillLineItem and changed the filters on the Item drop down field to only show items that have a PrefVendor that is equal to User - Employee / ...
