Thank you for letting us know about this problem. Quick solution to this problem is to go to File->Options->Advanced->Developers section->Un-check Show add-in user interface errors option->Click OK.

I installed Method Outlook Plug-In 2.0 v2.1.40 update (run as Administrator)
Win7 64 bit patched to current, Office 2010 SP1
I am getting these errors when starting Outlook and similar when doing various actions
I reinstalled serveral times and tried disableing all other add-ins with no improvement.

Another option is to take a look at the actions used on the Standard Invoice screen when selecting a customer and apply those same types of actions to the Job of drop down.

I am glad to hear that. The issue was with how grids were treated when being filtered by a field from the screen (In your case a drop down).
