Michael, We currently have twenty crews not able to clock in and out from the mobile device. Since they are unable to clock in and out we are entering the time manually. Have you been able to find out why the error is occuring?

Hi Steven, Are you using a standard screen or a customized screen? If you are using a customized screen can you test your standard screen. Does this happen for all work orders or only some work orders? Can you post or email me a screenshot of what your recurring dates tab looks like. -Michael

Hi Dan, You can find the complete uninstall steps HERE on page 12. Since you are using Windows 7 the location of qbsubconfig.xml should be C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks. -Michael
