An error message is popping up when our foremen open jobs in the mobile work order list screen that states "undefined". Also, the start/end dates are blank causing another error message when the user tries to clock in/out of a job.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

In viewing all of the programs in Add/Remove, I discovered another Method program under "O" for Outlook for Method Integration. I have uninstalled this and the old icons are now gone from Outlook.
I will go through the uninstall/reinstall process again and see if this fixes things.

Since using add remove programs did not actually remove the plug in, is there another way to remove the old add-in?

CREDIT CARD NUMBERS WERE ERASED FROM QUICKBOOKS DURING THE SYNCING PROCESS.

Credit card data is extra special when syncing between Method and QB...we have to play by QB rules as well as industry standards, which is a good thing of course.
