I had a few of my franchisees having the same problem and as Iooked into the problem I found in each case the role was not defined in the user set up.

I guess no need for me top pay for it based on your message it appears you see the bug... This export feature is very important as we cannot run our sales reports for the day please let me know asap of time when u think it could be resolved

Based on this extra bit of info I am now aware of what the issue is and will follow up when I have more details or a resolution. These are custom screens but standard Actions pulled from Dropdown selections, THere is no data being exported on my account to .xls or pdf it has always worked fine until recently, can i call you or u call me to explain.
