Paul, That did the trick.  However I found out that with the Method Update there is a new field called filter safeguard which I think was the culprit.  If I set it to "generate always" and change my filtering to "contains" and the value, it worked perfectly for me. Hi Dan, As is in Method there no way to move entries from the Existing Customer List to a Customer Contact List, you either have to manualy add the entries or you could do some customization and add a means to copy details from a Customer into a customer contact. -MIchael
