I had a calendar appointment in Outlook that was synced to Method, but without any Method details.  I then added the Method details from Outlook but cannot see any updates made to the corresponding entry in Method.  I can see the Method tags in the body of the Outlook appointment, and when I click on Method Appointment Details I can see ...

What would be the best way to assign the to (user assigned to case) and from (user that assigned case) values in the Send Email action?

Michele- I just tested it myself to make sure I didn't point you in the wrong direction and it worked for me. Hi Steven, For email notification all you really need to do is add a Send Email action to your existing Cases screen. You could add it on the Save and Save & New buttons.
