Hi Jessica, Go to Customize > Screens and at the very buttom of the list of screens you should see a Copy / Import Screen button, this button will allow you to make copies of customized screens. -Michael

Hi Ramesh, You can use the Method Import / Export Tool to import your leads into your customer list in Method. You can view a webinar HERE that might help. When importing your leads make sure that the field for IsLeadStatusOnly is True.  -MIchael

Hey Val, Having the QB account open and synced seems to be a part of the issue. I had a few that were not showing as fully invoiced until I opened QB, then they were. I just closed QB and created a new budget and now it is not showing as fully invoiced, though the others still are. Hope that helps you duplicate the issue.
