Is it possible to receive a notification from Outlook when a case gets assigned to a user? If so, please explain how we can set this up.

The web form works great however we seem to get automated submissions.  Is there a way that you could add verification challenge so that the user has to read characters and type them in before the form will submit?

 Victor, As an FYI, when I remove the Method Outlook plugin, the Setup and Add to Methrod CRM icons are still showing onthe Outlook Add-in tab.

It might help debugging, to be able to add an action—say a show-value action—and be able to enable/disable it without removing it from the list.  What do you think about this as a possible feature?
