Hi Boyd, Our dev team has figured out the issue and is working on the fix. I will update this forum when I have more info or when it is resolved. -Michael

  Michael, FYI I had a few of my franchisees having the same problem and as Iooked into the problem I found in each case the role was not defined in the user set up.   Boyd
