Hi there John, We are currently experiencing some intermittent issues with the Report Servers at the moment. Try again in 30 minutes or so and you should be good to go. Is there somewhere I can customize the "Export Grid to PDF" action so that the PDF is Landscape and Fit Columns to one page?  I have looked through Report Designer but can not find where the default report for this action is. Thanks Maureen

Just upgraded to the latest sync engine and it won't connect. All we got is "awaiting securte https connection". Any idea how we can resolve this issue? Thanks.

Hi Alex, The Error and screenshot you sent are usually indicitive of a record being Archived. There are a few reasons this can happen (like syncing with separate QuickBooks files - typically accompanied by conflicts as you mentioned), but its probably best we investigate this one offline together.
